Yes! There are many things you can do to help your baby fall asleep! Here are some of the things we can recommend:

• Timing is important. It is best to start rolling after the early signs of sleepiness.
• The more the Stroller Roller is used, the easier it gets to put baby to sleep because it will associate the stroller with sleep.
• Putting babies to sleep at the same time during the day also has a positive effect on the process.
• For some babies, it works better to start the strolling in a sitting position, and to lower the baby to the lying position only after falling asleep.
• The baby's field of vision should be fairly dull, free of people, pets and anything that moves and distracts. Partially pulling up the sunshade can help because it narrows the baby's field of vision and darkens the baby's surroundings.
• You should avoid looking often into the baby's line of sight (to see if it is sleeping, for example), this can wake it up.
• Babies who are already quite mobile should always be strapped in so that they don't fall out of the stroller during the process.
• In case the baby is a little restless at first, a short ride around the appartment /house /yard can be a good way to start the process.
• For some babies the rolling should gradually stop after they fall asleep, so that they do not wake up.
